This 15-minute walk-through audit covers the five zones that matter most: (1) Entry corridor — are the monument signs clean, mulch fresh, annuals in season, and hardscape edges crisp? (2) Parking approach — any weed penetration in expansion joints, faded striping near the building, or overflowing trash receptacles? (3) Main entrance — are the walkways pressure-washed, door-surround plantings healthy, and seasonal color pots current? (4) Common outdoor areas — patios, break areas, and courtyards: furniture clean, turf uniform, shade trees well-pruned?
